Doma Bohemian Beer Cafe is an unique Czech and Slovak restaurant, that offers central
European food. The atmoshphere reminds many patrons of the ambience of a good middle
European restaurant. People from this part of Europe share a love of good rye bread,
fine sausages and small goods, dumplings, soups and especially good beer. From our
snack menu choose such delights as crumbed Camembert with Cranbery sauce, a traditional
soup (potato, vegetables, cabbage or goulash) Duck Liver Pate or our Mixed Cheese
and Csabai Salami Platter. If you are up for a serious feed go for our constantly
changing "specials" menu. If you are a confirmed meat-eater, or just really hungry,
try the Bohemian or "Doma" Mixed Platter.
We have five Czech world-class beers (Krusovice, Pilsner Urquell, Velkopopovicky
Kozel, Budejovicky Budvar and Zlatopramen), including Krusovice Lager on Tap and
Bernard Lager on Tap. Then there are spirits like Slivovice (a first class liqueur
distilled from selected plums), Becherovka Liqueur, Borovieka, Fernet Stock, Griotte
and 70% Absinth - an event in itself.
No Czech meal would be complete without a generous serving of authentic Apple Strudel
served warm with lashing of whipped cream and ice cream.
